This Privacy Policy explains how ElevenSong ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and keeps personal information when you use elevensong.com. That includes the AI music and lyrics generators, the music extender, vocal remover and stem splitter, music video generator, audio-to-WAV conversion, your creation library, accounts, credits, the invitation program, and support (the "Service"). We are the controller of the personal information we process for our own purposes.
Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service and Refund and Fraud Policy.
When you sign in with Google (including Google One Tap), GitHub, or another supported method, we receive your email address, name, profile image, and the provider's account identifier. We also create an internal user ID and may store your language, sign-in time and IP address, invite code, the account that invited you, and your preferences.
We process the prompts, style descriptions, and lyrics you write; the audio files you upload to extend, split, convert, or turn into a music video; the model and settings you choose; and request status and errors. We store the results, including songs, vocals, instrumentals, lyrics, stems, music videos, cover images, and WAV files, together with timestamps and the credits used, so that we can show them in your library and let you play and download them. Your creations are private to your account by default unless you choose to share or publish one.
Uploaded recordings may contain a person's voice. Please upload only audio you have the right to use, and do not upload recordings of other people without their permission.
We record your order number, email, plan or pack, currency, credits, billing interval, validity period, payment status and date, subscription status, refund or dispute status, and payment-provider references. Our checkout providers, such as Stripe and Creem, collect your payment details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
If you use the invitation program, we record invitation links and codes, who invited whom, qualifying purchases, and rewards. When you contact us or send feedback, we keep your messages and related details.
We automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location inferred from your IP address, pages viewed, referring page, interactions with the player and studio, error and performance logs, and security signals.
On your first visit we store the landing page, query string, referrer, and any campaign or invitation parameters (such as UTM values, source, or invite code). A first-visit cookie lasts 30 days, and a copy in your browser's local storage stays until you clear it. If you later create an account, this information may be attached to it for invitation attribution and campaign measurement.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, invitation attribution, analytics, and running the Service. Authentication cookies are necessary to keep you signed in. Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, and OpenPanel, help us understand how the Service is used; Microsoft Clarity may record interactions such as clicks and scrolling to help us find usability problems. Where enabled, advertising partners such as Google may use cookies to show and measure ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first.
We use personal information to:
We do not use your uploaded audio or private creations to train our own AI models. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
Your prompts, lyrics, and uploaded audio are sent to model providers only to fulfil your request, under the provider's own data-handling terms and the safety rules that apply to the Service.
Automated filters at our model providers and our own systems may analyze prompts, lyrics, uploads, results, request metadata, and account activity to enforce our safety rules and detect fraud. Authorized personnel may review relevant records when handling a support request, investigating abuse, answering a legal or copyright complaint, or resolving a generation or payment issue. These systems may block content, restrict a feature, or flag an account, and you can ask us for human review of a restriction. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you using solely automated processing.
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy:
After account deletion we may keep a minimal record where needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud or repeat abuse, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims. We may keep de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual protections.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and describe what you would like. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the period the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, although some requests are subject to legal exceptions.
You can also delete individual creations from your library, download your songs and files, cancel a monthly plan from your billing settings, clear cookies and local storage in your browser, and unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. We may still send transactional, security, billing, and support messages.
In the past 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, audio and similar content you submit (which may include voice recordings), and inferences such as genre, tool, or model preferences. The sources, purposes, and recipients are described above. We do not sell personal information. Where advertising cookies are enabled, you can opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising through your browser settings or by contacting us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete their information, subject to verification and legal exceptions.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so please protect your sign-in credentials and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy as the Service, the law, or our practices change. We will post the revised Policy on this page, update the date above, and, where required, give additional notice.
