Welcome to ElevenSong. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of elevensong.com and everything offered on it: the AI music generator, AI lyrics generator, music extender, vocal remover and stem splitter, music video generator, audio-to-WAV conversion, your creation library, credits, plans, and the invitation program (together, the "Service"). "ElevenSong," "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator of the Service.
By creating an account, generating or uploading content, or buying a plan or credit pack, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Fraud Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a label, studio, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.
You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
ElevenSong is a browser-based AI music studio. Depending on the tools available to you, you can:
Generations are produced by AI models, including models operated by third-party providers. Results vary, can take time, and may occasionally fail. Features, available models, credit costs, limits, and output formats may change as we improve the Service, and we may add, adjust, or retire a feature when reasonably necessary for quality, safety, legal, or operational reasons.
You can browse parts of the Service and listen to sample tracks without an account, but generating, uploading, saving creations, and buying credits require one. You can sign in with Google, GitHub, or another method we support. Please keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account, except where it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account, or create additional accounts to collect extra free credits or to avoid limits, payment, suspensions, or safety controls.
Credits are units used to run actions in the studio, such as generating a song, writing lyrics, extending a track, splitting stems, creating a music video, or converting to WAV. Credits are not money, stored value, or transferable property and cannot be exchanged for cash. The credit cost of an action is shown before you start it and depends on the tool, model, and settings you choose. All tools draw from the same credit balance.
New accounts may receive free starter credits so you can try the studio. The amount and availability can vary by region and may change. Free credits have no cash value and may be withdrawn if they were obtained through multiple accounts or other abuse.
We offer annual plans, monthly plans, and one-time credit packs. The details shown at checkout, including the credits included, the billing interval, and the validity period, form part of your purchase.
Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period and do not roll over.
Payments are handled by our checkout providers, such as Stripe and Creem. We do not receive or store your full card number. Taxes may be added at checkout where required. Credits are normally added to your account shortly after payment is confirmed. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
Refunds and restoration of credits for failed generations are covered by our Refund and Fraud Policy.
"User Content" means the prompts, style descriptions, lyrics, audio files, and other material you submit. You keep the rights you have in your User Content.
Only upload audio you own or are authorized to use. This matters most for the music extender, vocal remover, stem splitter, music video, and WAV tools, which work on audio you provide. You confirm that submitting your User Content, and the way you use the results, will not violate any law or anyone else's rights, including copyright in recordings and compositions, and rights in performers' voices.
You give us a limited license to host, process, transform, and store User Content and Outputs only as needed to run the Service, keep your library, provide downloads, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
"Outputs" means the songs, vocals, instrumentals, lyrics, stems, music videos, and audio files the Service produces for you. Subject to these Terms, any rights of third parties, and any restrictions that apply to the model used, you may use your Outputs for personal and commercial purposes, including releasing them on streaming platforms and social media.
AI-generated music can resemble existing works, and different users may receive similar Outputs. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, that it can be registered or protected by copyright in your country, or that a distribution platform or content-identification system will accept it. Stems and edits made from audio you upload remain subject to the rights in the original recording. You are responsible for reviewing an Output before you publish it and for any clearance, credit, or AI disclosure your use requires.
Your creations are private to your account by default. If you choose to share or publish a creation through a feature we offer, it may be visible to others until you make it private or delete it.
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:
You also may not bypass safety systems, rate limits, or credit controls; scrape, resell, or offer the Service as part of another product without our permission; use automation that burdens it; probe or attack its security; or misuse the invitation program or promotions. We may block requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may report serious violations to the authorities.
When we offer an invitation or referral program, its rewards and qualifying conditions are described on the invitation page. We may withhold or reverse rewards or credits obtained through self-referral, multiple accounts, fraudulent purchases, refunds, chargebacks, or other abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, text, sample tracks, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not use the ElevenSong name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests our endorsement without written permission.
ElevenSong is an independent service. Other product, model, and brand names mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, send the details, including the work concerned and where it appears, to [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage of your library, or recovery of deleted creations. Generations depend on third-party model providers and may be delayed, queued, or fail. We may perform maintenance and apply reasonable storage limits. Please download and back up songs, stems, and videos that matter to you.
You can stop using the Service at any time, cancel a monthly plan from your billing settings, and request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse payments, free credits, or the invitation program. Credits may be forfeited on termination for a violation, to the extent the law allows. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Outputs will match your prompt or lyrics, sound a particular way, be free of artifacts, be unique, or be suitable for commercial release. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; where that applies, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenSong and its personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, royalties, data, or goodwill arising from the Service, including claims arising from takedowns or rejections by distribution platforms.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits limitation.
If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to defend and indemnify ElevenSong and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, audio you upload, your release or other use of Outputs, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to individual consumers where the law prohibits it.
Before filing a formal claim, please email [email protected] and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a consumer-protection authority, small-claims process, or other remedy available by law. These Terms do not remove mandatory rights you have in your country or region.
We may update these Terms as the Service, the law, or our operations change. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above; if a change materially affects a plan you already pay for, we will give reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms, unless the law requires another form of consent.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the Service.
Questions, legal notices, copyright complaints, security reports, and rights requests can be sent to [email protected].
